As a Digital Product Designer, I had the opportunity to design a talent management dashboard—a solution aimed at helping organizations streamline their talent-related processes. I designed an intuitive user interface (UI) for the talent management dashboard, leveraging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring the design vision to life. Additionally, I worked alongside the design lead to maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability throughout the dashboard. This involved assisting with design system documentation and files to promote accessibility for the design team and stakeholders. In addition to my UI design contributions, I supported a team of junior designers by fostering collaboration and communication. I provided guidance and support to align their work with the project's objectives.
